A must see vineyard

A Truly memorable experience-World Class

If you have not been to the Sculptureum, put it on your ‘bucket list’. Not only is this a great Vineyard and Restaurant, but also a collection of Art in many mediums. The indoor galleries are situated behind the Wine cellar (do the wine tasting and take home a three bottle gift pack of the Art Series Rose-my favourite) is four galleries displaying a variety of pieces of Art collected over 40 years in a private collection by Douglas Clements. This viewing will take you about 45min.

Step outside to the beautiful landscaped galleries (allow an hour to do these) Wow, what a collection there is to see. We loved the horses made from driftwood and the bronzes-check out the boy and girl on the swing.

We stocked up on wine for gifts for family and a big thank to you Doug for your generosity.

Heading North to Karamea Leaving Westport for Karamea takes you on the only road north along the coast initially. We stopped half way on this journey at the Gentle Annie’s Campground. If you have not stayed here you will miss
