Crossing Cook Strait
The driving of the Motorhome and towing the Suzuki car onto the Ferry was a worry. I was nervous about turning around inside the ferry as we could not backup while using an ‘A’ frame to tow the small car behind the Motorhome.
However, we managed okay and were buoyed by watching huge trucks and their large laden trailers doing it well.
Crossing the Cook Strait was a highlight-we loved it. The weather and sea conditions were favourable which made the journey a joy.

Bow of the Ferry and view of top deck through dining room window of trucks so tightly packed.

Good for you Pete, I’m glad that the loading turned out fine.

Thanks Jim, my initial apprehension was not warranted-piece of cake nearly-Ha.
